About Installation
Precautions:
1. Turn off the power before wiring, and connect the wires as shown in the wiring diagram.
2. The controller should be installed in a ventilated, waterproof, and shockproof location.
3. The controller connector should be inserted in place, and it is forbidden to reverse the positive and negative terminals of the controller power supply.
1. Connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply and the electric door wire.The thick red wire is the power supply positive pole. The thick black wire is the power supply negative pole. The thin orange wire is the power lock. The positive and negative poles must be connected correctly.
2. Connect the motor phase wire, the motor phase (A, B, C, output) thick blue wire is A, thick green wire is B, thick yellow wire is C. The phase wire must be connected in place! ! (Otherwise, the motor will have various problems)
3. Connect the Hall wire, the thin red wire is +5V power supply, the thin black wire is the ground line, (note that the +5V power supply and the black ground wire must be connected correctly) The thin yellow wire is U, the thin green wire is V, thin blue wire is W.
After completing one to three steps, you can test the machine first, confirm the positive and negative poles again, completely correct open the power supply, open the power lock, insert the learning wire, whether the motor rotates, the rotation direction is correct, the motor reverse reinsertion learning wire After the motor is turned correctly, disconnect the learning wire. (After power-on, the debugging wire is allowed to learn within 2 minutes).
4. Connect the throttle, Thin red wire +5V power supply, thin green (or thin white) signal input, thin black wire ground wire.
Note that the +5V power supply and the black ground wire must be connected correctly.
5. Connect other various functional lines, carefully identify the positive and negative poles,
such as connecting high/low brake lines, power assist, cruise, third gear, burglar alarm, reverse,
speed limit, etc. . . .
